Zoe joined Compass Rose in 2018. She is Kristen and Paul's daughter, grew up around the business, and is excited to continue the tradition.

Pat is likely the friendly voice you'll hear when calling our office. After many years of management experience, Compass Rose was fortunate in gaining Pat when she decided to move to part-time work in her retirement. Among her responsibilities is quoting and scheduling appraisals.

Appraiser Apprentice
Suzanne is new to the world of appraisals and real estate, having earned her Real Estate license in 2022. After a career in executive recruiting in the retail sector, she’s excited to immerse herself in a new industry.
